郑开森林半岛是开封核心开发区临郑开大道的第一个城市综合体项目,是河南省和开封市的重点工程,建筑工程项目所在场地工程(水文)地质条件勘察与评价事关地基基础方案选择,意义重大。本文通过郑开森林半岛三、四期工程场地岩土工程勘察,阐述了场地的工程地质特征,并对场地的稳定性和适宜性、天然地基均匀性、地基强度及压缩性及地下水对建筑工程的影响进行了岩土工程分析与评价。基于上述成果,给出了场地地基基础设计与施工建议,为类似工程提供了参考和借鉴。
