本研究用三峡大坝混凝土的中热硅酸盐水泥、低热矿渣硅酸盐水泥和花岗岩沙石 ,分别选用了一级粉煤灰和二级粉煤灰 ,分别用木钙、萘系高效减水剂和引气剂 ,配制成大坝混凝土 ,测定了混凝土的强度、抗渗性和抗冻性等宏观性能。用水银压汞仪测量了混凝土的孔隙率 ,用X射线衍射仪测量了硬化水泥浆体和集料界面上晶体的取向 ,用体视显微镜测量了混凝土内的气泡间隔系数等参数。得出粉煤灰和外加剂特性对混凝土性能的影响规律及其与亚微结构的关系。提出 :为确保三峡大坝混凝土的耐久性 ,必须使用一级粉煤灰、高效减水剂和引气剂。
In the study, the first grade fly ash and the second grade fly ash were selected from the medium thermal Portland cement, the low thermal slag Portland cement and the granite sand of the Three Gorges Dam concrete respectively. Water agent and air-entraining agent, formulated into dam concrete, measured the concrete strength, impermeability and frost resistance macro performance. The porosity of concrete was measured by mercury intrusion porosimetry. The crystal orientations of the hardened cement paste and the aggregate interface were measured by X-ray diffractometer. The bubble spacer coefficient and other parameters in the concrete were measured by stereo microscope. The influence of the properties of fly ash and admixture on the properties of concrete and its relationship with submicroscopic structure were obtained. Proposed: To ensure the durability of the Three Gorges Dam concrete, you must use a fly ash, superplasticizer and air entraining agent.
