4月1日,我国铁路新运行线路开始实施,石太、合武等客运专线开通运营,部分线路运行时间比此前缩短4~8小时。此前,我国已经公布《中长期铁路网规划》。按照这个规划,到2020年,我国将建设北京—上海、北京—武汉—广州—深圳、北京—沈阳—哈尔滨(大连)、杭州—宁波—福州—深圳等4条纵向客运专线和徐州—郑州—兰州、杭州—南昌—长沙、青岛—石家庄—太原、南京—武汉—重庆—成都等4条横向客运专线,以及环渤海、长三角和珠三角地区3个城际快速客运系统。这些线路已于2005年陆续开工建设,计划于2020年建成。近来,随着国家拉动内需政策的出台,我国的高速铁路建设加快了步伐,预计将提前7年完成上述规划目标。届时,我国铁路快速客运网络将辐射全国70%的50万以上人口城市,覆盖7亿多人口,以满足人们便捷出行的要求。作为综合交通运输体系的一部分,民航和铁路、公路、水运等多种交通运输方式保持着一种微妙的平衡。一种交通方式的改变,势必会引起另外一种交通方式的联动。
On April 1, a new railway line was put into operation in China. Passenger special lines such as Shihtai and Hewu were opened for operation. Some of the lines have shortened operation time by 4 to 8 hours. Earlier, China has announced “long-term railway network planning.” According to this plan, by 2020 China will build 4 longitudinal passenger dedicated lines, namely, Beijing-Shanghai, Beijing-Wuhan-Guangzhou-Shenzhen, Beijing- Shenyang- Harbin- Dalian- Hangzhou- Ningbo- Fuzhou- Shenzhen and Xuzhou- Zhengzhou- Lanzhou, Hangzhou - Nanchang - Changsha, Qingdao - Shijiazhuang - Taiyuan, Nanjing - Wuhan - Chongqing - Chengdu and other four horizontal passenger dedicated line, and the Bohai Rim, Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta region 3 intercity rapid passenger transport system. These lines have been started in 2005 one after another, is scheduled to be completed by 2020. Recently, with the introduction of the policy of stimulating domestic demand by the country, the construction of high-speed railway in our country has accelerated and it is estimated that the above planning target will be completed seven years ahead of schedule. By then, China’s rapid rail passenger network will radiate 70% of the population of more than 500,000 population, covering 700 million people in order to meet people’s requirements for convenient travel. As part of an integrated transport system, civil aviation maintains a delicate balance with various modes of transport such as railways, highways and waterways. A change in mode of transport will inevitably lead to another mode of transport linkage.
