舞台美术工作如何适应上山下乡,更好地满足广大农民观众的需要,这是有关戏剧深入农村,为五亿农民服务的问题。不少单位在这方面已经做出了一些成绩,取得了一些经验,但还存在一些急待解决的问题。本刊从这一期起,开辟了这个专栏,目的就是为了让舞台美术工作者和关心这方面工作的同志交流经验,共同来探讨有关舞台美术工作者如何革命化,提高设计思想,进一步推动技术革新,实现轻便化等问题。我们将陆续发表有关这方面的文章,希望各地的舞台美术工作者和关心这方面工作的同志能够把自己这方面的意见、体会和经验写给我们,特别是一些能广泛推广的、适合上山下乡需要的舞台技术革新的经验,象如何用汽灯照明和运用汽灯制作灯光布景,如何解决布景上山的问题等等,都是我们需要的。
