本文通过运用实验法、文献资料法、体育测量法、数量统计法等研究方法对某校男女大学生的健美运动后各身体形态指标进行了实验研究。经过研究,结果显示,健美操运动对高校大学生的体态具有积极的影响作用,可以减小男大学生的腰围,改善腰臀比,提高瘦体重,减少体脂百分比、体内多余的脂肪,使肌肉更结实,从而达到健身健美目的。对于女大学生可以改变女大学生的身体成分指数以及围度指数以达到降重减脂,塑造身体形态的结论。
In this paper, by using the experimental method, literature method, physical measurement method, the number of statistical methods and other research methods for a university male and female college students after the bodybuilding physical exercise indicators were studied. After research, the results show that aerobic exercise has a positive effect on college students’ body posture, which can reduce waist circumference, improve waist-hip ratio, increase lean body mass, decrease body fat percentage, excess body fat, and make muscle more Strong, so as to achieve fitness and bodybuilding purposes. For female students can change the composition of female college students body composition index and circumference index in order to achieve weight loss and fat reduction, shaping the body shape conclusion.
