目的 探讨WT1基因在肾发育和肾母细胞瘤发生中的作用。方法 用免疫组化方法 ,研究 2 7例不同胎龄肾脏和 17例肾母细胞瘤组织中WT1蛋白的表达。结果 WT1蛋白在小胎龄肾组织中未成熟的肾小球细胞核表达阳性率为 5 7.1% ,在大胎龄肾组织中肾小管细胞浆表达阳性率为46 .2 % ,在肾母细胞瘤的胚基上皮成分中表达阳性率为 41.2 % ,间质成分无表达。结论 WT1基因对胎肾的早期分化和后期发育成熟都有重要作用 ;WT1表达异常与肾母细胞瘤的发生和组织分化有关。
Objective To investigate the role of WT1 in renal development and nephroblastoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to study the expression of WT1 protein in 27 cases of kidney of different gestational age and 17 cases of nephroblastoma. Results The positive expression rate of immature glomerular nucleus of WT1 protein was 51.7% in small gestational age kidney and 46.2% in renal cytoplasm of large gestational age. In Wilms’ The positive expression rate of germ-derived epithelium was 41.2%, while the interstitial components were not expressed. Conclusion The WT1 gene plays an important role in the early differentiation and later maturation of fetal kidney. The abnormal expression of WT1 is associated with the occurrence and differentiation of nephroblastoma.
