“行帮习性”是中国“家天下”传统文化的产物。是以“血缘”“亲缘”“地缘”等为基础的、左右国家正式组织中潜规则运行的群体行为习惯。其本质是封建主义小生产者的狭隘,其特征主要体现为“非理性支持”。即以是否具有“血缘”“亲缘”“地缘”关系等作为是非判断,行为选择的标准,置他人、集体、国家利益于不顾。对中国目前的贪污腐败、暗箱操作、卖官鬻爵等,起着决定性的作用,严重阻碍着“和谐社会”的建立。
“Help line ” is the product of China “family world ” traditional culture. Its essence is the narrowness of small-scale feudal producers and its characteristics are mainly manifested as “irrational support ”. It plays a decisive role in the current corruption in China, in secret operations, and in the sale of government magistrates, seriously hindering the establishment of a “harmonious society.”
