针对近年来由于铁矿石市场不利因素导致烧结矿质量下降的现状,通过研究原料烧结性能,加强进厂原料验收,合理调整工艺参数,加强烧结过程管理等措施来改善烧结矿的质量。同时对影响烧结过程稳定顺行的关键因素如炉箅条质量进行攻关,从而,使武钢烧结厂2010年转鼓指数达79.61%;碱度稳定率(Ro±0.08)达92.05%,完成了公司制定的攻关目标,满足了高炉生产的要求。
