2009年8月,刘轶茂同志在《国有资产管理》杂志发表《城市化建设促进产权交易制度创新》文章,回顾了我国产权市场建设历史,梳理了不同时期延伸的理论,并结合重庆市政府统一建设区域性产权市场的实践体会,提出了城市化建设是促进产权交易制度创新,建设开放性产权市场可持续发展基础的新认识。这不仅是作者对我国产权市场建设作出的理论贡献,也提出了产权市场建设的新课题。运用科学发展观,研究产权市场,研究现代市场的核心制度创新,建设开放性产权市场,将会极大地改善我国社会诚信体系现状,对改变经济增长的实现方式,建设和谐社会将产生重要的指导、推动作用。
