本文立足于寻求电网资产经营效益与电网安全、技术的最优结合,客观分析电网企业资产管理的现状和面临的挑战,从创造和提升资产的长期效益出发,提出通过引进先进的管理理念和技术手段,系统科学地设计并建立全方位信息平台,重点解决信息分散、管理粗放、效益低下等障碍,全方位统筹考虑电网资产规划、建设、生产、运行、退役的完整生命周期各个环节,实现电网企业资产全生命周期整体收益最大化的战略目标。
Based on seeking the optimal combination of management benefits of power grid assets and power grid security and technology, this paper objectively analyzes the status quo and challenges of power grid enterprise asset management.
