4-二甲氨基吡啶(简称DMAP)是一种应用广泛的催化剂,被广泛地应用于多种有机反应,被称为超级催化剂。该文以4-氰基吡啶和苯乙烯为原料制备DMAP。优化得到反应条件为:4-氰基吡啶与苯乙烯摩尔比为1∶1.2,使用质量分数为40%氢氧化钠水溶液回流2 h裂解中间体,并回收了苯乙烯,反应产率达73.8%。产品通过核磁、红外和元素分析确认其结构。
4-Dimethylaminopyridine (referred to as DMAP) is a widely used catalyst, is widely used in a variety of organic reactions, known as the super catalyst. In this paper, 4-cyanopyridine and styrene as raw materials to prepare DMAP. The reaction conditions were optimized as follows: the molar ratio of 4-cyanopyridine to styrene was 1: 1.2, and the mass fraction of 40% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution was used to reflux the intermediate for 2 h, and the styrene was recovered. The reaction yield reached 73.8% . The product is confirmed by NMR, IR and elemental analysis.
