本文通过对北京超市实地调查获得的稻米特征与价格数据,利用稻米特征价格模型的回归检验分析了零售稻米的各项特征对其价格的影响。计量分析结果显示:特等米、塑料包装、免淘洗等稻米物理及包装物特征对提高零售价格作用显著,而稻米产地对其零售价格影响甚微。另外,零售稻米产品的品牌及标签认证情况十分混乱,部分品牌及认证标签甚至对稻米价格造成了负面影响。为此,笔者根据计量分析结果提出了相关政策建议。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of rice and the price data obtained from the field survey of Beijing supermarket and analyzes the effect of various characteristics of the retail rice on the price by the regression test of the characteristic price model of rice. The results of econometric analysis showed that the characteristics of rice physics and packaging materials, such as special rice, plastic packaging and non-panning, have a significant effect on increasing retail prices, while the origin of rice has little effect on the retail prices. In addition, the brand and label certification status of retail rice products is very confusing. Some brands and certification labels even have a negative impact on the price of rice. To this end, the author put forward the relevant policy recommendations based on the results of econometric analysis.
