胃肠道中,小肠较少发生肿瘤。小肠中的十二指肠,其长度只有空、回肠全长的1/20～1/30,但恶性肿瘤的发生率却占小肠恶性肿瘤的17～45%,十二指肠恶性肿瘤的发病情况及临床诊断、处理均有其特殊性。故本组仅就我院1967年1月至1978年12月间收住的12例原发性空、回肠(病变部位均在屈氏韧带以远)肿瘤总结于下。 In the gastrointestinal tract, there are fewer tumors in the small intestine.
