目的探讨两种序贯疗法在儿童支原体肺炎中的应用及对降钙素原的影响。方法选取2014-2015年该院收治的儿童支原体肺炎患儿84例,平均分为研究组与对照组,使用不同的阿奇霉素序贯疗法进行治疗。结果治疗前两组患儿症状评分无明显区别,治疗后研究组明显好于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患儿降钙素原水平无明显区别,治疗后研究组各个时间点降钙素原水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组症状持续时间、体征消失时间以及治疗成本明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论红霉素加阿奇霉素序贯治疗法能够明显缓解支原体肺炎患儿发热时间,缩短体征消失时间,降低降钙素原水平,并且可以减少患儿的治疗成本。因此,红霉素加阿奇霉素序贯疗法能够发挥两种药物各自的优势,取得良好的临床效果。
Objective To investigate the application of two kinds of sequential therapy in children with mycoplasma pneumonia and its effect on procalcitonin. Methods A total of 84 children with mycoplasma pneumonia were enrolled in this hospital from 2014 to 2015. The children were divided equally into the study group and the control group, and were treated with different azithromycin sequential therapy. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in symptom score between the two groups. After treatment, the study group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, The level of procalcitonin was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The duration of symptoms, disappearance of signs and the cost of treatment in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The sequential therapy with erythromycin and azithromycin can obviously relieve the fever time of mycoplasma pneumonia children, shorten the disappearance of signs and reduce the level of procalcitonin, and can reduce the treatment cost in children. Therefore, the sequential treatment of erythromycin and azithromycin can exert the respective advantages of the two drugs and achieve good clinical results.
