为寻找适合长江江滩的灭螺方法,压缩钉螺面积,于1995年5月在洪山区天兴乡进行了氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐可湿性粉剂土埋缓释灭螺研究。通过对2g/m2、4g/m2土埋缓释和2g/m2、4g/m2机喷两种灭螺方法对比观察,结果显示:灭后15d两种灭螺方法的效果相仿,其钉螺校正死亡率均在91%以上;灭后30d,缓释4g/m2剂量组活螺密度下降率为98.42%,活螺框减少率为94.16%,钉螺校正死亡率为97.25%,其效果优于缓释2g/m2及机喷2g/m2、4g/m2剂量组;灭后180d的远期效果亦以缓释4g/m2剂量组最佳,3项指标分别为93.99%、91.92%和95.31%。此法操作简便,其费用仅为机喷的1/3,适合于大面积长江江滩应用。
