目的观察呼吸机人工气道机械通气在重度有机磷农药中毒呼吸衰竭治疗中的价值。方法 33例有机磷农药中毒呼吸衰竭患者在常规治疗基础上早期行气管插管、呼吸机辅助呼吸作为治疗组,与对照组只行常规治疗的42例呼吸衰竭患者比较,观察住院时间和治愈率。结果治疗组平均住院天数(11.5±5.8)d,少于对照组(18.6±6.7)d,(P<0.05);治疗组治愈率为84.85%,明显高于对照组52.38%。结论早期应用呼吸机治疗有机磷农药中毒呼吸衰竭,可减少住院时间,降低病死率,提高治愈率。
Objective To observe the value of ventilator artificial airway mechanical ventilation in the treatment of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning respiratory failure. Methods Thirty-three patients with respiratory failure of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were treated with early tracheal intubation and ventilator-assisted ventilation as the treatment group on the basis of conventional treatment. The hospitalization time and cure rate were compared with those of the 42 patients with respiratory failure treated only routinely in the control group . Results The average length of stay in the treatment group was (11.5 ± 5.8) days, less than that in the control group (18.6 ± 6.7 days) (P <0.05). The cure rate in the treatment group was 84.85%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (52.38%). Conclusion Early use of ventilator to treat organophosphorus pesticide poisoning respiratory failure can reduce hospitalization time, reduce mortality and improve the cure rate.
