为有效解决铸造 Al- 2 8Pb润滑材料存在的 Pb分布不均问题 ,开发了半固态 Al- 2 8Pb加工技术 ,通过对不同固相率半固态浆料的常规铸锭中 Pb的分布进行研究 ,得到了半固态浆料固相率与铸锭中 Pb分布之间的关系。研究结果表明 ,随着浆料固相率的增大 ,铸锭中不同部位 Pb颗粒尺寸的差别逐渐减小 ,当固相率大于 4 5 %时 ,Pb颗粒尺寸的差别基本得以消除 ,尺寸相当的 Pb颗粒可均匀地分布在整个铸锭中。
In order to effectively solve the problem of uneven distribution of Pb in the cast Al-2 8Pb lubricating materials, a semi-solid Al 2 8Pb processing technology was developed. By studying the distribution of Pb in conventional ingots with different solid fraction, The relationship between solid fraction of semi-solid slurry and Pb distribution in ingot was obtained. The results show that with the increase of slurry solid fraction, the difference of Pb particle size in different parts of ingot decreases gradually. When the solid fraction is more than 45%, the difference of Pb particle size is basically eliminated, Of Pb particles can be evenly distributed throughout the ingot.
