有机薄膜晶体管(OTFT)具有低成本、柔性好、易加工和生物相容性等优点,基于OTFT的传感器具有较高的灵敏度,在光传感、人造皮肤、环境监测、食品安全检测、药物传递和医疗诊断等方面都有广泛的应用前景。本文对OTFT传感器领域的SCI论文进行统计分析,用文献计量学方法展现了该领域的整体发展态势、国家和机构发文情况、重要科学家发文情况及合作关系。同时结合文献报道,重点对OTFT传感器的主要研究方向及热点进行了分析,最后对OTFT传感器的发展方向做了归纳和展望。
Organic thin film transistor (OTFT) has the advantages of low cost, good flexibility, easy processing and biocompatibility. The OTFT-based sensor has high sensitivity and is widely used in light sensing, artificial skin, environmental monitoring, food safety testing, drug delivery And medical diagnosis and so has a wide range of applications. This paper conducts a statistical analysis of the SCI papers in OTFT sensor field, and presents the overall development trend in this field by using bibliometrics, the situation of the state and organization issuing documents, the issuance status of important scientists and the cooperation relationship. At the same time, with the reports of the literature, the main research directions and hot spots of OTFT sensor are analyzed emphatically. Finally, the development direction of OTFT sensor is summarized and prospected.
