基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在生理情况下参与人体的发育。病理状态下潜在型MMP-9被激活,参与动脉粥样硬化的形成、发展,并削弱斑块纤维帽,使斑块破裂,从而诱发急性冠脉综合征。现就MMP-9在动脉粥样硬化形成中机制及临床意义作一综述。
Matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) is involved in the development of the human body under physiological conditions. Under the pathological state, potential MMP-9 is activated, involved in the formation and development of atherosclerosis, and weaken the plaque fiber cap, plaque rupture, thus inducing acute coronary syndrome. The mechanism and clinical significance of MMP-9 in the development of atherosclerosis are reviewed.
