应用细胞培养技术,进行兔主动脉平滑肌细胞的传代培养,取3~7代细胞进行光学、电子显微镜鉴定后,用不同浓度的胰岛素进行刺激,结果经F检验表明:不同培养天数、不同浓度的胰岛素均能刺激平滑肌细胞增殖,且与正常对照组比较均有显著性统计学差异(P<0.01)。其细胞增殖速度与胰岛素浓度呈正相关,提示高胰岛素血症是促进动脉粥样硬化形成的原因之一。
The cell culture technique was used to subculture rabbit aortic smooth muscle cells. After 3-7 passages of cells were identified by optical and electron microscopy, the cells were stimulated with different concentrations of insulin. The results of F test showed that different culture days, different concentrations of Insulin can stimulate the proliferation of smooth muscle cells, and compared with the normal control group were statistically significant differences (P <0.01). The cell proliferation rate and insulin concentration was positively correlated, suggesting that hyperinsulinemia is one of the reasons to promote the formation of atherosclerosis.
