Furan fluorouracil (FT-207) dose 400-1 200 mg / day, for the treatment of 34 patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma (male 26, female 8; age 36-76 years old). The total dose of FT-207 is between 4 and 252 grams with a course of 8 to 299 days. The maintenance dose for long-term treatment of FT-207 is 600 mg/day (approximately 10 mg/kg body weight).
