课程改革要基于国情,但现有的研究对国情的内涵、国情的实况、课程改革与国情的实际关系等问题缺乏深入的探讨。国情是一个国家的以社会结构为核心的整体发展状态,一直影响着基础教育课程及其改革。课程改革只是单向度地被国情所制约,自主性和超越性不足。要应对复杂的国情,课程改革需拓宽研究视角,提升价值取向,并完善运行机制。
Curriculum reform should be based on the national conditions, but the existing research lacks deep discussion on the connotation of the national conditions, the actual conditions of the national conditions, the actual relations between the curriculum reform and the national conditions, and other issues. National conditions are the overall state of development of a country at the core of its social structure and have always influenced basic education curricula and their reforms. Curriculum reform is only one-way constraints by the national conditions, lack of autonomy and transcendence. To cope with complicated national conditions, curriculum reform needs to broaden the research perspective, enhance the value orientation and improve the operating mechanism.
