我在苏北的小城镇长大,对传统食品情有独钟,在上个世纪只求温饱的年代,常常盼着能有春卷吃的日子。由于当年物质生活的贫乏,加上面、油、肉等都要按计划供给,吃春卷也是一件奢侈的事。我们总是盼着春节、“二月二”或是家里来贵客。即使这样,也不能放开肚皮吃个够,总是兄弟姐妹们每人分几根。如今在饭店各种风味的春卷吃多了,但我仍怀念当年母亲包的春卷。现在尽管各种制作现成的春卷都有出售,但每年春天的日子,我总是买来春卷皮、蔬菜和猪肉等馅料,和家人在一起其乐融融地包春卷,享受天伦之乐。
