高中学生学习压力大,学习任务重,但高中学生体育锻炼却十分缺乏.高中体育课程本就比较少,而且有些学科还不时会占用体育课,这也就让本就课程数量少的高中体育课变得更为缺乏.如何在高中体育教学过程中提高学生的体质便是本文要探索的问题.
