本文报告用颗粒型生物活性玻璃陶瓷人工骨填塞17例20颗矛根尖骨腔。经过2~4个月临床观察效果良好。全部病例骨腔明显缩小,骨面与填塞物间隙变小。大多数骨腔新骨形成,部分骨腔填塞物颗粒间界线模糊。讨论了玻璃陶瓷人工骨与骨面、粘骨膜面的连接问题和填塞玻璃陶瓷人工骨术后可能出现的并发症及其处理。
This article reports the use of particle-type bioactive glass ceramic artificial bone packing 17 cases of 20 lanceolar root cavity. After 2 to 4 months of clinical observation of good results. All cases of bone cavity was significantly reduced, the bone surface and packing space smaller. Most of the new bone formation in the bone cavity, part of the cavity of the stuffing particles blurred boundaries. The connection between the glass ceramic artificial bone and the bone surface and the mucoperiosteal surface and the possible complications and treatment of the glass ceramic artificial bone were discussed.
