在轮式工程车辆新车底盘完成装配或对转向和悬架进行修理后,都应进行车轮定位检测和调整,将其转向和悬挂系统调整到设计状态,方可使车辆行驶稳定、转弯轻便、油耗低、轮胎磨损小、安全性能好。本文根据重型轮式工程车辆底盘转向轮检测存在的问题,设计了2种可以放置在重载工程车辆轮胎下面的转盘,解决其因满载荷时轴荷过重、不能着地进行车轮定位检测的难题。1.存在问题目前进行车轮定位检测时,为了减少检测时转动转向轮的阻力,通常采用2种方法,一是在车轮下放置无摩擦转盘和车轮定位转角盘,二是将车辆支起,使车轮悬空。
