痔就是直肠下端粘膜下或肛管皮肤下静脉丛发生扩大曲张所引起的静脉团。痔的发病率很高,成人极为常见。目前临床上对痔的治疗方法主要有:一般疗法;注射疗法;枯痔钉疗法;结扎疗法;手术疗法和冷冻疗法。它们各有自己的优缺点,均尚不够理想。飞速发展的激光医学,增加了治疗痔的新方法。我科英产 Nd~+:YAG 激光机 Fabelase100型,从今年3月开始运用于临床,对100余例各种疾病进行了治疗,取得一定的经验,尤其在对痔的治疗中,疗效极佳。Nd~+:YAG 激光治疗痔的原理在于激光的热效应和光效应,以热效应为主,由于 Nd~+:YAG 激光对组织的穿透性强,用来照射痔时,痔核内部的血管受高温而凝固变性,形成痔的静脉团块被封闭萎缩而达到治疗目的。
