应用核孔滤膜红细胞变形能力测定仪测定尿毒症患者血液透析(HD)和血液滤过(HF)前后及腹膜透析(PD)中及肾移植后的红细胞变形能力(RCD),并对其影响因京进行了研究。结果表明:所有尿毒症患者的RCD均明显低于正常人,虽然经过透析,RCD能够得到明显改善,但只有肾移植才能完全恢复正常。三种透析方法对RCD的影响相似。透析患者的RCD与血浆肌酐、PTH水平呈明显负相关。
