采用原子吸收分光光度法对郑州市冬季上感患儿进行了头发中锌、铁含量测定。结果显示:患儿发中锌、铁含量分别为102.44±38.04ug/g,33.48±15.85ug/g;缺乏率分别为57.14%,50.97%。显著高于国内其它地区正常儿童缺乏率。提示:锌、铁两元素的缺乏可能是造成儿童机体免疫功能低下,易患感染性疾病的因素之一。
The atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of zinc and iron in the hair of winter children in Zhengzhou City. The results showed that the contents of zinc and iron in children’s hair were 102.44 ± 38.04ug / g and 33.48 ± 15.85ug / g, respectively; the deficiencies were 57.14% and 50.97% respectively. Significantly higher than normal in other parts of the country lack of children. Tip: The lack of zinc and iron elements may be one of the factors that cause children’s immune function is low, susceptible to infectious diseases.
