用射频磁控溅射法制备了一系列的(SmDyFeCo)1-xTix薄膜,研究了Ti对非晶SmDyFeCo磁光薄膜的磁、磁光特性及其热稳定性的影响。结果表明,少量的Ti原子掺杂对非晶SmDyFeCo薄膜的磁和磁光特性影响小,但提高了它的磁和磁光特性的热稳定性。
A series of (SmDyFeCo) 1-xTix thin films were prepared by RF magnetron sputtering. The effects of Ti on the magneto-magneto-magneto-optic properties and thermal stability of amorphous SmDyFeCo films were investigated. The results show that a small amount of Ti atom doping has little effect on the magneto-magneto-magneto-optic properties of the amorphous SmDyFeCo films, but improves the thermal stability of its magnetic and magneto-optical properties.
