目的将人格诊断问卷(PDQ-4~+)应用于新兵人格障碍筛查,检验其适用性。方法于2013年和2014年分别抽取2 000名新兵(共4 000人),使用PDQ-4~+施测。在2013年施测的2 000名新兵中,随机抽取300名新兵间隔4周进行重测。以分类一致性评估问卷信度,验证问卷的结构效度,并使用百分位数分析各分量表的划界分。结果各分量表Cronbach’sα系数范围为0.471~0.715,除强迫型分量表(一致率72.8%)外,其余各分量表的分类一致率为81.3%~93.5%。验证性因素分析的模型拟合指标为X~2/df=29.52、GFI=0.931、AGFI=0.893、NFI=0.936、IFI=0.938、TLI=0.918、CFI=0.938、RMSEA=0.089。分裂样、分裂型、边缘型、依赖型和抑郁型分量表划界分的百分位数为P95,自恋型和被动攻击型分量表划界分的百分位数为P90,偏执型、反社会型和回避型分量表划界分的百分位数为P85,表演型分量表划界分的百分位数为P80,强迫型分量表划界分的百分位数为P70。结论 PDQ-4~+在新兵中应用的信度和结构效度良好,但表演型和强迫型分量表的划界分需做修订。
Objective To apply the Personality Diagnosis Questionnaire (PDQ-4 ~ +) to screen the recruits personality disorder and test its applicability. Methods Two thousand recruits (4,000 in total) were recruited in 2013 and 2014, respectively, and tested using PDQ-4 +. Of the 2,000 recruits tested in 2013, 300 recruits were randomly selected for an interval of four weeks for retesting. The reliability of the questionnaire was evaluated by categorical consistency, the structural validity of the questionnaire was verified, and the demarcation of each subscale was analyzed using the percentile. Results The Cronbach’s alpha coefficients ranged from 0.471 to 0.715, except for the compulsive subscales (the agreement rate was 72.8%). The concordance rates of the other subscales were 81.3% -93.5%. The model fitting indexes of confirmatory factor analysis were X ~ 2 / df = 29.52, GFI = 0.931, AGFI = 0.893, NFI = 0.936, IFI = 0.938, TLI = 0.918, CFI = 0.938 and RMSEA = 0.089. The percentiles of dividing points of the schizotypal, schizoid, marginal, dependent and depressed subscales were P95, the percentiles of demarcation of the narcissistic and passive aggressive subscales were P90, paranoid, The percentile of the anti-social and evasive subscores was P85, the percentile of performative subscales was P80, and the percentile of mandatory subscale was P70. Conclusion The reliability and structural validity of PDQ-4 ~ + in recruits are good, but the demarcation of performance-based and compulsive subscales need to be revised.
