(27野战医院王怡)【答】正确使用阿托品应注意以下几点:(1)早期应用:一旦发现有机磷中毒患者,应根据中毒途径及程度立即应用阿托品,拖延给药会影响疗效和预后。(2)用量要充分:所谓阿托品化,是在严密细致的观察下短时间内连续应用以达到最大疗效而又避免过量中毒的原则。剂量:轻度中毒用阿托品1～2mg 皮下注射;中度中毒用阿托品5～10mg 静脉注射;重症中毒用阿托品10～20mg 或更大剂量静脉注射,以后根据病情随时给药。(3)反复给药以巩固疗效,给药持续时间视病情而定。(4)警惕
