果蔬蛋白丝是采用新型技术和设备,用大豆浆与果蔬汁制成粉丝状的条丝。产品凝固良好,质地细腻,烧煮后不碎不糊。由于水果和蔬莱中含有天然色素,产品在不添加任何人工合成色素的情况下,仍具有丰富多彩的天然色泽,例如不加果蔬汁为乳白色,加胡萝卜汁为桔红色,加南瓜汁为金黄色,加番茄、草莓、西瓜汁为粉红色,加绿叶蔬菜汁为翠绿色等等,色泽均为自然。
