毛主席明確地指出:青年們要學習,要工作,但青年時期是長身體的時期,因此,要充分兼顧青年的工作、學習和娛樂、體育休息兩個方面。毛主席並且號召青年要做到「身體好,學習好,工作好」。我們在本學期的計劃中,也注意了增進學生的健康,除加強體育鍛煉,開展文娛活動,注意環境和個人衛生,改善伙食和保證學生幹部不兼職、工作不超過規定時間外,更主要的就是研究從課業學習上來減輕負擔。 開學後不久,我校初三以上的學生不斷反映:在自習時間內作業做不完,部分學生有時在星期天還要花半天到一天的時間,作一周內未完成的作業。高三個別學生上課到第四節就感到頭昏。有少數學生在晚自習最後一節時也感到頭昏。甚至個別學生反映晚上失眠。
