检察机关恢复重建以来的30年,是中国特色社会主义检察事业不断发展、与时俱进的30年,也是中国特色社会主义检察理论不断繁荣、渐趋完善的30年。为了纪念我国检察机关恢复重建30周年,回顾历史,总结经验,推动检察事业创新发展,日前,最高人民检察院所属部分事业单位组织了“检察制度和检察理论创新发展”论坛,本刊选择出席论坛的部分学者、专家提交的论文及本刊记者撰写的综述文章予以刊载,供读者参考。
The 30 years since the procuratorial organs restored their reconstruction have been the continuous development of the procuratorial work of socialism with Chinese characteristics over the past 30 years and the 30 years since the procuratorial theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics has been constantly prospering and getting perfect. In order to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the restoration of procuratorial organs in our country, review history, sum up experience and promote innovation and development of procuratorial work. Recently, some institutions affiliated to the Supreme People’s Procuratorate organized a forum for “innovation and development of procuratorial system and procuratorial theory” Some scholars of the forum, papers submitted by experts and articles reviewed by our correspondents will be published for readers’ reference.
