安徽省总工会、省委组织部、省经委近日联合作出加强企业民主管理的若干规定,要求确保职工参与企业承包经营。企业承包经营者的选择,凡实行上级委托和招标选聘的,必须征求职工代表的意见。实行职工民主选举、民主推荐等形式的应按干部管理权限予以确定。承包经营者连任的,要通过上级考核和职工代表投信任票的办法确定,职工代表二分之一以上投不信 The Anhui Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial Economic Commission have recently made joint efforts to strengthen the democratic management of enterprises and require employees to participate in the contracted management of enterprises.
