安钢第二轧钢厂自从一九九六年五月底投产以来,磁力对中装置一直采用接触器接通和分断直流电源控制电磁铁,由于没有设计消磁回路且电压无法调整,经常出现磁力不足及无法迅速去磁现象,导致钢板划伤,影响产品质量。同时由于接通分断时弧光较大,接触器损坏过快,备件费用高昂。由于产品质量的重要性和备件费用的减少,目前这一系统已经不能满足生产需要,为此我们决定使用全数字电磁铁整流控制对其进行系统改造。
