目的:探讨品管圈管理对提高胃肠减压护理效果,提高科室护理质量的效果。方法:浙江省台州医院血管胰脾疝科于2015年5~11月成立QCC,开展以“提高胃肠减压有效率”为活动主题的活动。选取210例患者实施QCC活动主题为导向的护理管理,并以2014年10月~2015年4月的214例同科患者为对照组。比较实施品管圈活动前后两组患者的胃肠减压留置效果。结果:实施品管圈活动后,患者的胃肠减压有效率为85.32%,较实施前的59.5%提高了25.82%(P<0.001);圈员的观察沟通协调能力等提高了42%~80%,达到了预期效果。结论:品管圈的开展,有效提高了胃肠减压有效率,促进护理质量的持续改进,同时也增加了护理人员解决临床问题的能力,加强了护理人员的协作力。
Objective: To explore the effect of quality control circle management on improving gastrointestinal decompression nursing and improving nursing quality of department. Methods: The splenic and splenic hernia department of Taizhou Hospital of Zhejiang Province established QCC from May to November 2015 to carry out the activity with the theme of “increasing the effective rate of gastrointestinal decompression”. Two hundred and ten patients were selected as the topic-oriented nursing management for QCC activities. 214 patients in the same department from October 2014 to April 2015 were selected as the control group. Comparison of the implementation of quality control activities before and after the two groups of patients with gastrointestinal decompression indwelling effect. Results: The effective rate of gastrointestinal decompression was 85.32%, which was increased by 25.82% (P <0.001) compared with 59.5% before the implementation of the product. The observation and coordination ability of cyclists increased by 42% ~ 80%, to achieve the desired results. Conclusion: The quality control circle has effectively improved the effective rate of gastrointestinal decompression, promoted the continuous improvement of nursing quality, increased the ability of nurses to solve clinical problems and strengthened the cooperation among nurses.
