人铜锌超氧化物歧化酶存在子红细胞中,是清除超氧阴离子自由基的一个非常重要的酶。为便于进一步探讨自由基与机体免疫的关系,以及与红细胞免疫功能的关系,我们应用ELISA法对6种抗人铜锌超氧化物歧化酶单克隆抗体(单抗)及其混合抗体,对人铜锌超氧化物歧化酶作封闭试验,认为将不同表位特异性的多种单体匹配应用子免疫学检测或其它更为适宜。
Human copper-zinc superoxide dismutase is present in erythrocytes and is a very important enzyme that clears superoxide anion free radicals. In order to further explore the relationship between free radicals and immune, and the relationship with immune function of erythrocytes, we detected the anti-human Cu-Zn superoxide dismutase monoclonal antibodies (mAb) and their mixed antibodies against human Copper-zinc superoxide dismutase for blocking test, that a variety of different epitope-specific matching of multiple monomers using sub-immunological detection or other more appropriate.
