为了总结和交流经验,提高铸造行业的技术水平,孝感地区机械电子工业局于元月二日至十四日召开了全区铸造专业会议,共30个单位、70人参加了会议。会议以批林整风为纲,畅谈了在毛主席革命路线指引下全区铸造行业迅速发展的大好形势,交流了抓大事促大干和铸造车间管理的经验,并以降低焦铁比、提高炉温、消除铸件缺陷、推广新技术新工艺、提高铸件质量为重点,进行了48项技术经验交流。地区柴油机厂在普通冷风冲天炉上加吹煤粉,降低焦铁比的办法,取得了很大成效,与会者一致认为要进一步研究和推广应用。
In order to summarize and exchange experiences and improve the technical level of the foundry industry, the Xiaogan Machinery and Electronics Industry Bureau held a casting professional conference in the region from January 2 to 14, and a total of 30 units and 70 people attended the meeting. The meeting took Linlin Rectification as the key point and discussed the excellent situation in the rapid development of the foundry industry in the region under the guidance of Chairman Mao’s revolutionary route. He exchanged experiences in grasping major events and promoting the management of large dry and foundry workshops, with a view to lowering the ratio of coke and iron, and improving furnaces. We focused on eliminating defects in castings, promoting new technologies and processes, and improving the quality of castings, and conducted 48 exchanges of technical experience. Regional diesel engine plants added pulverized coal to ordinary cold air cupolas to reduce the ratio of coke to iron and achieved great results. Participants agreed that further research and application should be promoted.
