本文采用3个国内推广品种和5个引入的美国品种,组成3×5NCⅡ交配设计,对12个性状进行配合力分析,结果表明,在产量性状和纤维品质性状上均存在着国外品种的一般配合力(GCA)明显大于国内品种一般配合力。籽棉产量,皮棉产量,早熟性主要是由非加性效应决定的,其互作效应的所占遗传方差比例分别为11385%,838%,767%,这与一般国内品种之间杂交上有所不同。铃重,衣分,25%跨距长度,比强,麦克隆值主要来自于加性效应,纤维品质性状中的比强和25%跨距长度的遗传方差主要来自于国外品种,分别为10%和988%。总之,引入国外品种作为杂交亲本,大大提高了F1的非加性效应,在结铃性,铃重,皮棉产量等性状上的优势明显大于一般国内品种间的杂交种。
In this paper, three domestic popularized varieties and five introduced American varieties were used to make 3 × 5NCⅡ mating design. The combining ability analysis of 12 traits was carried out. The results showed that there was a general cooperation of foreign varieties on both yield traits and fiber quality traits The power (GCA) is significantly greater than the general combining ability of domestic varieties. The seed cotton yield, lint yield and precocity were mainly determined by the non-additive effect, and the proportions of genetic variance accounted for 11385%, 838% and 767% of their interaction effects, respectively. This was in line with the general domestic varieties The hybrid between the different. Boll weight, lint percentage, 25% span length, strong ratio and micronaire value mainly came from additive effect. The genetic variance of fiber quality trait and 25% span length mainly came from foreign varieties , Respectively, 10% and 98 8%. In conclusion, the introduction of foreign cultivars as hybrid parents greatly enhanced the non-additive effect of F1. The advantages of F1 in boll-forming, boll weight, and lint yield were significantly greater than those of other domestic varieties.
