针对双流程吸收塔进行了动态反应的冷态实验研究。实验结果显示,双流程吸收塔内的实际床层高度随着浆液喷射压力、液气比和烟气流速的增大而提高;床层平均压降随着气相雷诺数、液气比和浆液流量的提高而增大。利用PDF法和PSD法对双流程吸收塔内气液两相流动的流型进行鉴别,得到了吸收塔内流动形态的详细变化过程;并初步实现了PSD法对双流程吸收塔内流动的流型鉴别,为确定吸收塔内最佳的传热传质状况提供了参考和依据。
A cold experimental study on the dynamic response of a dual-flow absorber was carried out. The experimental results show that the actual bed height in the double-flow absorption tower increases with the increase of slurry injection pressure, liquid-gas ratio and flue gas velocity. The average pressure drop of bed increases with the Reynolds number of gas phase, liquid-gas ratio and slurry flow rate Increase and increase. The flow pattern of gas-liquid two-phase flow in dual-absorption column was identified by PDF method and PSD method, and the detailed change of flow pattern in the absorption tower was obtained. Type identification, in order to determine the best heat and mass absorption tower conditions provide a reference and basis.
