在空气压缩机中利用四氟环代替金属环实行缸内无油润滑运行,这一新方法在其它行业中在不断的扩大使用范围,我国煤矿中也有少数单位同时在试用和摸索。采用无油润滑的空气压缩机提高了供风的质量,减少了污染,节省了大量的机油。目前有人提出煤矿中使用无油润滑,虽然节省了机油但是耗电量增大,得不偿失。根据我们掌握的情况,对有油润滑和无油润滑的空气压缩机进行了现场测定。本文对空气压缩机有油润滑和无油润滑两种情况运行的电耗参数进行了比较,列出了测定计算过程。介绍如下,供有关人员参考,同时欢迎从事本工作的同志用本刊作为交流资料的途径。
