目的分析护理安全的隐患因素和管理对策。方法选取我院2016年~2017年收治的患者100例作为研究对象,分析护理过程中存在的不安全因素,然后提出有效的护理管理对策,对比100例患者实施管理对策前后的护理满意度。结果实施护理安全管理前,患者的护理满意度评分低于实施管理后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分析护理安全中存在的隐患因素及管理对策,可避免不良事故发生。
Objective To analyze the hidden factors and management countermeasures of nursing safety. Methods A total of 100 patients admitted from 2016 to 2017 in our hospital were selected as research objects to analyze the unsafe factors in the nursing process. Then, effective nursing management strategies were put forward to compare the nursing satisfaction of 100 patients before and after the implementation of management strategies. Results Before the implementation of nursing safety management, the score of patient satisfaction was lower than that of management (P <0.05). Conclusion Analysis of hidden dangers in nursing safety and management strategies to avoid adverse accidents.
