应用相似理论和固体火箭发动机缩比技术对多根装药固体火箭发动机的缩比设计进行了研究,并结合某导弹的弹射动力装置燃气发生器的缩比设计与研究,提出了一种新颖的缩比方法,即采用按装药根数缩比来代替常用的按药拄几何尺寸进行几何相似缩比,其缩比效果更具有特色。文中简要介绍燃气发生器的设计,较详细地叙述燃气发生器缩比设计方法,试验结果表明,文中介绍的缩比方法是正确的,准确预示了全尺寸燃气发生器的性能指标。
Based on the similarity theory and the solid rocket engine reduction ratio technology, the design of multiple solid propellant rocket motors was studied. In this paper, the design of gas generator is briefly introduced. The design method of gas generator compression ratio is described in detail. The experimental results show that the reduction method presented in this article is correct and accurately predicts the performance of gas generator with full size.
