以某钢铁厂85 t钢包为原型,依据相似原理建立钢包的物理模拟体系,通过模拟钢包底吹氩工艺,测定不同吹气位置在不同吹气量下的钢包混匀时间,从而确定钢包透气砖最佳位置和最佳底吹气量。结果表明,原型单吹效果不理想,双吹效果适中;单个底吹透气砖最佳位置为0.5R处,底吹气量为300~350 L/min;双透气砖最佳位置为0.5R处,夹角90°,底吹气量为350 L/min。
Based on the similar principle, the physical simulation system of ladle was established based on the 85 t ladle in a steel plant. The ladle mixing time at different air blowing positions was measured by simulating the ladle argon blowing at the bottom of the ladle. Good location and the best bottom blowing volume. The results showed that the prototype single blowing effect is not ideal, double blowing effect is moderate; a single bottom blown breathable brick best position 0.5R, the bottom blowing volume of 300 ~ 350 L / min; the best position of the double breathable brick 0.5R Department, Angle of 90 °, the bottom blowing volume of 350 L / min.
