垂直网板消能工是吉林省水利科学研究所于1989年首先提出的,经室内水工模型试验和实际工程运用证明,对于底流消能,垂直网板消能工完全可取代传统挖深式消力池或坎式池。其消能防冲效果显著,可提高消能率10%~20%,缩短池长40%~60%,节省工程量30%左右。并能尽快降低近底流速,改善流态。通过一系列室内外试验研究已提出大量研究成果,可为实际工程提供设计方法。
