一、前言爆炸成型是近几年新发展起来的金属冷加工成型新工艺。它在石油,化工部门较早开始试用,目前已成功地在全国范围内推广使用。我处是从1972年开始实践的,由于它有许多优点,近几年来几乎成为我处容器封头成型加工的主要方法。此工艺的实现,大大地提高了劳动生产率,减轻了劳动强度,节约了原材料和劳动力,并解决了大型压力机缺乏的困难。另外爆炸成型只需一个模具,甚至不用模具。因而降低了模具制造的成本。并且由于成型是瞬时的冷加工,因此所得产品表面光洁度很好。同时只要工艺掌握正确,产品型状精度亦可达到较高的要求。这项工艺的缺点是在无整形爆炸成型时,直边部常有皱褶(尤其是薄钢板爆
