AP2/ERF转录因子也称为AP2/EREBP转录因子,广泛存在于植物中,其家族成员均含有由60个左右氨基酸组成的保守DNA结合域,即AP2/EREBP结合域。以往植物AP2/ERF转录因子研究主要集中于发育和生理调控领域,近年来AP2/ERF转录因子调控植物次生代谢产物合成方面引起关注。综述了AP2/ERF转录因子调控药用植物活性成分生物合成方面的研究进展,为利用代谢调控手段提高药用植物活性成分合成提供理论基础和应用借鉴。
AP2 / ERF transcription factors, also known as AP2 / EREBP transcription factors, are widely found in plants and their family members contain a conserved DNA-binding domain of about 60 amino acids, the AP2 / EREBP binding domain. In the past, the studies on plant AP2 / ERF transcription factors mainly focused on the field of development and physiological regulation. In recent years, the AP2 / ERF transcription factor has attracted attention in regulating the synthesis of plant secondary metabolites. This review summarizes the progress in the biosynthesis of active ingredients of medicinal plants regulated by AP2 / ERF transcription factor and provides the theoretical basis and application for the utilization of metabolic regulation to improve the synthesis of the active ingredients of medicinal plants.
