通过建立矿业私募股权融资平台和私募股权基金、引入民间或境外资本,能够使我国矿产资本市场融资结构多元化,解决矿企融资难的核心问题。对国有矿企来说,可以加快其经营机制转型和企业发展,优化企业产权结构,提升企业核心价值和整体竞争能力。本文对私募股权融资参与矿业投资进行分析探讨,分析私募股权基金的运作模式、组织形式以及投资矿业的策略,最后对私募股权基金投资矿业给出发展建议。
Through the establishment of mining private equity financing platform and private equity funds, the introduction of private capital or foreign capital can diversify the financing structure of China’s mineral capital market and solve the core problem of financing difficulties for mining enterprises. For the state-owned mining enterprises, they can speed up the restructuring of their management mechanism and business development, optimize the structure of their property rights, and enhance their core values and overall competitiveness. This article analyzes the private equity financing participation in mining investment, analyzes the operation mode, organization form and investment mining strategy of private equity fund. At last, it gives some advice on how private equity funds invest in mining industry.
